What if I don't do well on the skills test?
These tests are designed to help us determine whether you have the necessary skills and abilities for the position you are applying for. If you don't do as well as you had hoped on the test, that doesn't necessarily mean that you are not qualified for the job. When evaluating your application, we also consider other factors, such as your experience and education. Additionally, we encourage you to check our job board often and apply for any position you are qualified for and passionate about.
Do I need to submit a CV as part of my application?
Yes, we will require you to submit a CV or resume as part of your application. These documents summarize your education and work experience and provide a snapshot of your professional background and qualifications. We use the information from your CV or resume along with your skills and personality tests to help us find the right clients for you.
What happens after I submit my application and test results?
After you have completed the personality test, skills test, and application form, we will review your application and test results to determine whether you are a good fit for our team. If we think that you may be a good fit, we will reach out to schedule an interview. If we do not think that you are a good fit at this time, we will keep your application on file and may consider you for future openings. We appreciate your patience as we review your application and will be in touch as soon as we have a decision.
